According to Ukrainian law (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172), cosmetic products are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or used.
For EU customers: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products if the seal has been broken after delivery, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
